the gospel through a camping ministry. In 1955 Camp Haluwasa (from HAle-LUja-What-A-SAvior) opened and has been a vital ministry to bring the gospel to children and teens through camping
ever since. It has expanded to provide a venue for a variety of ministries involving the outdoors.

faith in Christ.

For more than 25 years, this ministry reaches lost souls in prison through a unique method. Teams of amateur Christian athletes form softball, basketball, and volleyball teams and visit prisons around the country to play against prison teams. This gives them the opportunity to share the gospel with those who might never go to a chapel service. Thousands have been saved though this ministry. Those who make a decision for Christ are also given the opportunity for follow-up discipleship. They take Hebrews 13:3 literaly: "Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them..."
Mitch & Jan Triestman

As born again Jews, the Triestmans seek to make relationships with fellow Jews so that they might bring them to faith in the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Among their varied ministries, they visit local synagogues, keep up a constant witness to Jewish neighbors and shopkeepers, and hold home-based Bible studies. They run holiday outreach meetings several times throughout the year to explain Purim, Hanukah, and Passover. Mitch also speaks at various prophecy conferences and churches.
